These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DramAct mobile application and related services ("DramAct", "App" or "Service"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from your legal guardian. By using DramAct, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
To access most features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Some features of DramAct require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.
We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid. Prices and terms of the subscriptions may change, and such changes will be communicated through the App or app store.
All payments and refund processes are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We are not able to process refunds directly. Users may manage their subscriptions and request refunds, if eligible, through their respective app store accounts.
Subscription prices may vary depending on the user's country, region, currency, or applicable taxes as determined by the app store.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before renewal. Details of the trial period will be displayed at the time of subscription.
DramAct is a video streaming platform that provides access to short drama content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content provided via the App without our prior written consent.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software within DramAct are the property of CLOCKWISE INTERNATIONAL (HONG KONG) LIMITED or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service;
Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or access the Service through automated means.
You agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to:
- Using emulators, bots, scripts, or other automated methods to interfere with the App;
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit subscription offers or bypass access restrictions;
- Attempting to manipulate usage statistics, rewards, or promotional mechanics;
- Engaging in refund abuse or submitting false claims;
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity;
Any other activity we reasonably determine to harm the platform or violate applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you are found to be in violation of these rules.
DramAct may integrate with third-party services, such as payment providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services or their privacy practices.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. Termination will not affect any obligations or rights that accrued prior to termination.
We are committed to offering a consistent and enjoyable viewing experience. However, certain content or features within the App may become unavailable or be modified over time due to various reasons, including but not limited to changes in licensing agreements, legal or regulatory requirements, content updates, or technical improvements.
This may affect the availability of specific dramas, episodes, subscription-based features, or other functionalities.
Whenever possible, we will provide notice through the App prior to such changes and aim to minimize any disruption to your experience.
We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular short drama, feature, or service, and we shall not be liable for any losses arising from such modifications, removals, or interruptions.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App. Your continued use of the Service after the changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
